Cookie Policy

We Use One Cookie. Just One.

No advertising, no tracking, no third-party analytics — just a single session cookie that makes your inbox work.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. They are widely used to make websites work or to work more efficiently. Some cookies are essential to a service; others are used for analytics or advertising.

2. How We Use Cookies

We use exactly one cookie, named TMaily_sid. Its sole purpose is to create a session identifier so that your browser can receive emails sent to your temporary address in real time via our WebSocket connection.

This cookie:

  • Contains only a randomly generated, meaningless string — no personal data.
  • Is set when you first visit the site.
  • Expires after 24 hours (matching the address expiry).
  • Is never shared with any third party.
  • Does not track you across websites.

3. Strictly Necessary Cookies

The TMaily_sid cookie is classified as strictly necessary. Without it, the core service — receiving emails in real time — cannot function. Under GDPR and ePrivacy regulations, strictly necessary cookies do not require consent because they are essential to a service you have explicitly requested.

4. What We Do NOT Use

  • No advertising or marketing cookies
  • No analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.)
  • No social media tracking pixels
  • No third-party cookies of any kind

5. Google Fonts

Our site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Google may set its own cookies or log requests when fonts are loaded. We have no control over this. If this concerns you, you can block Google Fonts requests using a browser extension such as uBlock Origin.

6. Managing Cookies

You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Please note that deleting or blocking the TMaily_sid cookie will end your current session and you will receive a fresh inbox on your next visit — any email previously received will not be recoverable.
