Terms of Service

Simple rules for using TMaily. Fair, straightforward, and easy to understand.

Last updated: April 24, 2026

1. Agreement

By using TMaily at tmaily.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. What TMaily Does

TMaily gives you a free, temporary email address. When you visit the site, an address is created for you instantly. No signup needed. Emails sent to that address show up in your browser in real time. After 24 hours, the emails are automatically deleted.

3. What You Can Use It For

You're welcome to use TMaily for any legal purpose, such as:

  • Signing up for websites without giving your real email
  • Receiving verification codes or confirmation links
  • Testing email features if you're a developer
  • Avoiding spam from online services

4. What You Cannot Do

You may not use TMaily to:

  • Send spam, phishing emails, or scam messages
  • Commit fraud, impersonate someone, or steal identities
  • Get around legal identity checks
  • Break any law in your country or internationally
  • Harass, threaten, or harm anyone

We can block addresses or restrict access if we detect misuse, without warning.

5. No Account Needed

TMaily doesn't require registration. Your session is anonymous. We only use a cookie to connect your browser to your inbox. We don't keep a user database.

6. Everything Is Temporary

All emails are automatically and permanently deleted after 24 hours. Your address is removed shortly after. If you need to keep something from an email, save it before it disappears. We cannot recover deleted data.

7. Ads

TMaily is free to use. To help cover our costs, we may display advertisements through Google AdSense. These ads may use cookies to show you relevant content. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

8. No Guarantees

TMaily is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running, but we can't guarantee:

  • That the service will always be available or error-free
  • That every email will be delivered (some senders block disposable addresses)
  • Any specific uptime or speed

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using TMaily, even if we've been told about the possibility. This includes lost data, missed emails, or anything else that happens while using the service.

10. Our Content

The TMaily name, logo, and website design belong to us. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission.

11. Changes

We may update these terms anytime. If we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. By continuing to use TMaily after a change, you agree to the new terms.
