Your Privacy Comes First

We don't track you or sell your data. Here's exactly what happens when you use TMaily.

Last updated: April 26, 2026

1. Who We Are

TMaily ("we", "us", "our") runs the website tmaily.com, a free temporary email service. This page explains what information we handle and how.

2. What We Collect

We keep things minimal on purpose:

  • Your temporary emails: Messages sent to your disposable address are stored for up to 24 hours, then permanently deleted. Nobody can recover them after that.
  • A session cookie: When you visit, we save a small file in your browser so we know which inbox belongs to you. It contains a random code, not your name, not your location, nothing personal.
  • Your IP address: We may temporarily log your IP address for security purposes, like preventing abuse. It's not stored in any database and is automatically cleared from server logs over time.

We never ask for your name, real email, phone number, or any personal information.

3. How We Use This Information

Everything we handle is used for one reason only: to make the service work.

  • Emails are shown in your browser and then automatically deleted.
  • The session cookie connects your browser to your inbox. That's it.
  • IP logs help us block bots and prevent abuse of the service.

We do not use any information for advertising, profiling, or analytics.

4. How Long We Keep Things

  • Emails: automatically deleted after 24 hours. You can also delete them manually anytime.
  • Random addresses: automatically removed after 24 hours along with the emails.
  • Custom usernames: if you choose a custom username, that name is permanently reserved so no one else can use it. The emails still auto-delete after 24 hours.
  • Session cookie: lasts up to 30 days in your browser. When you return, you'll automatically get a fresh inbox if your previous address has expired.

Once data is deleted, it's gone forever. We have no way to recover it.

5. Cookies

We use cookies only to keep your session working. Without them, we wouldn't know which inbox to show you. There are no advertising or tracking cookies. For more details, see our Cookie Policy.

6. Third-Party Services

We do not share, sell, or give your data to anyone.

The only outside service we use is Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot protection tool that checks you're a real person when you create an email address. It runs invisibly in the background. Cloudflare may collect some technical information during this check. You can read more in Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

We may also show ads through Google AdSense. Google may use cookies to show relevant ads. You can learn more at Google's Privacy Policy and manage your ad preferences at Google Ad Settings.

7. Security

All connections to TMaily are encrypted using HTTPS. The data traveling between your browser and our servers is protected. Since we don't store personal information, even in the unlikely event of a breach, there would be no personal data exposed.

8. Children

TMaily is not designed for children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

9. Changes

If we make important changes to this page, we'll update the date at the top. By continuing to use TMaily after changes are posted, you agree to the updated policy.
